Man accused of firing gunshots at ABC station in Sacramento could face federal charges, FBI says

The 64-year-old man was released after posting bail. However, hours later, he was arrested by the FBI for allegedly violating a federal statue which has to do with interference to radio communications of stations, which are federally licensed.
