The U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, which just completed its 2025 national conference in Atlanta, will bring the event to Fort Worth Sept. 14-16, 2026, the organization announced during the gala awards program at the end of the current conference.
“We’re thrilled to share that Fort Worth will be the host city for the 2026 USHCC National Conference!” a post on the organization’s Facebook account read.
As the largest gathering of Hispanic business leaders in the U.S., the annual event brings together Hispanic chambers of commerce from around the country, business experts and businesses looking for inroads into the Hispanic market.
In the announcement, Ericka Garza, Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce president and CEO, and Jay Chapa, Fort Worth city manager, are shown in the Facebook video speaking, although a Tejano band rocks out over any of their statements as vaqueros perform some choreographed roping. In the video, the words “Nos vemos en Fort Worth” — or “See you in Fort Worth” — are displayed.
The 47th annual convention will take place Sept. 14-16, though no location was confirmed. However, the Fort Worth Convention Center schedule has an annual national convention on its calendar for those dates currently, with no mention of who is sponsoring the event.
“We are thrilled to be taking the USHCC 2026 to Fort Worth! huge privilege for the FWHCC! Years in the making!” said Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber’s Garza in a Facebook post.
“In 2026, thousands of business leaders from across the country will saddle up and head to Cowtown for the nation’s premier gathering of Hispanic businesses, entrepreneurs, and partners,” the local Hispanic chamber said in the Facebook post.
The economic impact of the three-day convention is difficult to measure, but when the Hispanic chamber held its 2024 convention in Kansas City in 2024, Visit KC estimated approximately 2,000 attendees generated $2 million in economic impact.
And it will not be the only Hispanic-oriented convention in Fort Worth during 2026.
The League of United Latin American Citizens, the nation’s oldest and largest Hispanic and Latin-American civil rights organization, will hold its 2026 national convention in Fort Worth, June 17-20.
