This morning, Austin influencer Taylor Hannan announced that his car had been stolen with his dog, Noodles, still inside of it.
According to Hannan, the content creator behind @austineater, he had been preparing to leave for a road trip to Indiana around 4:45 a.m. on July 25, and his 8-year-old terrier mix was in the vehicle. While the car was running, Hannan went into his Southeast Austin apartment to grab Noodles’ bed. As he returned, he saw someone wearing a black hoodie jump into the car and speed away.

The red Honda Civic has the Texas license plate number NGC 0023. It was last seen in South Austin along I-35 between the cross streets of Woodward and Oltorf.
Hannan is working with local dog rescue group TRAPRS to try to locate his missing pet. Noodles is a male terrier mix that is described as a friendly yet shy dog. The canine is chipped and neutered and was not wearing a collar or harness at the time of his disappearance. If anyone spots the missing canine or has more information, TRAPRS has asked them to call 844-287-2777.
