Ingram initially played for the Arizona Cardinals after the franchise used a sixth-round pick on him in the 2022 NFL Draft, where he set up shop for the 2022 and 2023 NFL seasons; in Arizona, Ingram saw just one start before the franchise opted to go another direction. However, the (powerhouse) Carthage High School alum failed to consistently find his place in the Arizona lineup in those years, as well as during his time with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2023 and 2024, with most of his time with the franchise coming as a practice squad signee.
Here’s Sports Illustrated detailing more on Ingram’s background with the Texas Longhorns:
“… Ingram spent three seasons at Texas after arriving to Austin as a four-star recruit in the 2018 class. With the Longhorns, he appeared in 32 games while tallying 339 carries for 1,811 yards and 11 touchdowns along with 67 catches for 515 yards and six more scores through the air.”
